Join the Central Adirondack Chapter to kick off another great year in the Northwoods! Event includes a top-shelf meal, cocktails, conservation conversations, raffles and a silent auction. You won’t want to miss it!

•  Queen cut Prime Rib of Angus Beef au jus, baked potato, vegetable du jour
•  Korean grilled Ahi tuna with sesamegochu-jang glaze, soba noodle salad topped with house-made kimchi

•  Butternut squash and pumpkin ravioli in fresh sage and maplecream sauce
